Stevens Pavilion, Veterans Memorial Park

The time has once again arrived for the GVSUG annual Summer BBQ. This year’s event is being be held on Thursday, July 29th, 2010 at 5:00pm in Henrietta’s Veterans Memorial Park - Stevens Pavilion.

Food, drinks, and prizes are provided so bring the family!

The Stevens Pavilion is off Calkins Road (exit 390 S at Hylan Dr; turn left on Hylan Dr, go to the second intersection and turn left, and it is maybe a .25 mile up on the right, Memorial Drive).

Summer 2010 Picnic/BBQ Registration

We’re having BBQ, veggies, and all the fixings catered this year so it is important that we get a rough head count.

Adults: $10

Children (5 - 12 yrs old): $5

Children (under 5): Free
