Below are summarized the current GVSUG sponsorship levels and associated benefits. If you have any questions or wish to become a sponsor, please use the form provided on our Contact page or email a member of the GVSUG Executive Committee directly.
For the break during our fall/spring meeting. We usually have a hospitality room with food and non-alcoholic beverages. When the time comes for the break, it will be announced as to who is sponsoring it, as well as a PowerPoint slide with your company’s name/logo being shown. After the break, the sponsor will be announced again. Sponsor gets free registration for any people who wish to attend from their organization. There also will be a sign at the registration table.
Your company’s name/logo will be shown on the beginning PowerPoint slide presentation we have for our meetings as well as an 8 1/2 x 14 glossy sign on the registration table. The beginning slide will be shown during registration up until the first speaker is ready to be introduced. Sponsor would need to supply the art for the sign in electronic format to us. Sponsor will be mentioned and thanked at the beginning and at the end of the meeting. On the GVSUG website, the sponsor will have their logo displayed along with a link to their webpage. Sponsor gets free registration for any people who wish to attend from their organization.
Same as above, except sponsor can have a larger sign set up on an easel (no bigger than 16″x20″). With this level, sponsor would be required to provide us with the sign you would want. Also, if sponsor furnishes us with their business cards, we would have them available for members at our registration table. Sponsor will be mentioned and thanked at the beginning and at the end of the meeting. On the GVSUG website, the sponsor will have their logo displayed along with a link to their webpage. Sponsor gets free registration for any people who wish to attend from their organization.
Same as silver, but sign can be as large as poster size. Also, any brochures/literature that the sponsor would want to put at our registration table would be allowed. Sponsor will be mentioned and thanked at the beginning and at the end of the meeting. On the GVSUG website, the sponsor will have their logo displayed along with a link to their webpage. Sponsor gets free registration for any people who wish to attend from their organization.
Please note: GVSUG reserves the right to deny display of anything that is deemed a direct solicitation of merchandise or otherwise improper. Any of the above sponsorships will allow you, or whoever your company wants to represent itself, to attend the full 3 hour meeting.
