Fall 2006 HOW Recap
On Friday November 10, 2006 on the RIT campus at the John D. Hromi Center for Quality and Applied Statistics, the first ever GVSUG Hands-on-Workshop was held. There were 3 sessions to choose from, with each session having 24 open spots. Attendance was great as we had 18 people signed up for the "Basic Statistics Using SAS" workshop, 17 for the "Logistic Regression Basics" workshop, and 18 for the "SAS/GRAPH for the Timid" workshop. We also had anywhere from 1-4 volunteers to help at each session. Many thanks go out to Steve LaLonde, Joe Guido, and Earl Westerlund for giving these 1.5 hour talks.
